Welcome to Yoza One! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, obligations, and rights you agree to when using our app and services. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions

App: Yoza One, the Peer-to-Peer Utility Top-Up application operated by YOZA ONE VENTURES (BN 8739650).
User: Any individual who registers and uses the App.
Wallet: The electronic account assigned to a User.
KYC: Know Your Customer verification process required by CBN.
Transaction Limit: The maximum amount a User may transfer or hold in their Wallet.
PSP: Payment Service Provider. Yoza One relies on Flutterwave, a CBN-licensed PSP, to process payments.

2. Scope of Services

Yoza One provides digital utility top-up services, wallet-to-wallet transfers, and other financial services powered by Flutterwave. Yoza One is not a bank or deposit-taking company. All funds are processed via Flutterwave’s secure systems.

3. User Obligations

By using Yoza One, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and verifiable information during registration and KYC.
• Not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
• Use the App only for lawful transactions.
• Keep your login credentials and wallet PIN secure.

4. KYC & Transaction Tiers

In compliance with CBN regulations, Yoza One applies tiered verification:

Tier 1 (Basic KYC)

• Requirements: Full Name, Phone, Email, DOB, Gender, Address.
• Daily Transaction Limit: ₦50,000
• Single Transaction Limit: ₦10,000
• Maximum Wallet Balance: ₦300,000

Tier 2 (Standard KYC)

• Requirements: Tier 1 data + BVN + Facial Verification.
• Daily Transaction Limit: ₦200,000
• Single Transaction Limit: ₦50,000
• Maximum Wallet Balance: ₦500,000

Tier 3 (Enhanced/Full KYC)

• Requirements: Tier 2 data + NIN + Proof of Address.
• Daily Transaction Limit: ₦5,000,000
• Single Transaction Limit: ₦1,000,000
• Maximum Wallet Balance: ₦5,000,000

5. Fees & Charges

Transaction fees may apply and are displayed before confirmation. Yoza One reserves the right to update fees at any time, with notice provided in the app.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or block an account if:
• Fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity is suspected.
• False information is provided or KYC fails.
• Transaction limits are exceeded without KYC upgrade.

7. Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer

• Yoza One does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for network failures, power outages, or third-party service interruptions.
• Users are responsible for keeping their accounts, PINs, and devices secure at all times.
• Yoza One shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity resulting from:
  – User negligence, including sharing account details or failing to secure devices.
  – Device theft, SIM-swap incidents, or phishing attacks outside of Yoza One’s control.
  – Failure to promptly report suspicious or unauthorized activity.
• Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, except where required by law.
• Yoza One is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost time, missed utility credits, or business losses) arising from the use of the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and regulations of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
